Last week, Mr. & Mrs. Gray Ghost went on a well-deserved and long over due vacation to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The following photo shows our "state-of-mind" upon arriving at our cabin:
We were just two little bears, with a "deer in the headlights" look on our faces. However, our rented cabin in the mountains was beautiful. And the views from the cabin's balcony, as seen below, were breath-taking.

After a week of resting, relaxing, shopping (Mrs. Gray Ghost made up for lost time in this field of endeavor; while I was satisfied to acquire another Zula knife for mounting on the wall), and attending a murder mystery dinner theater, we both regained an almost "human" appearance (as seen from the photo below, taken when we left):
If you look closely, you can see Mrs. Gray Ghost in front of the cabin. Thank you Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We both needed the time away from the "front lines".
